Black Bean Fudge

- Gluten free - Dairy Free -
- High Protein -
- Sweet Pick Me Up -
- For the chocolate lovers -
- Processed sugar free



1 can of black beans - rinsed & drained
1/2 cup of good quality organic cocoa (more if you really love chocolate!)
1/4 cup of virgin coconut oil or cacao butter
1/4 cup sweetener - raw honey, maple syrup, coconut nectar
1 teaspoon of pink himalayn salt
1 tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar


Options Add in:
2 teaspoons of cacao super food
2 teaspoons maca powder
2 teaspoons of dried beetroot powder
Add all ingredients to a food processor and process well.
Spoon the mixture into a small square tin lined with baking paper.
Set in the fridge over night or in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
Cut into squares and cover with your favourite toppings if you desire

2 oranges of zest & 1 orange juiced - Jaffa
brazil nuts or macadamia nuts - Chocolate Nut
blueberries, dried - Black Forrest
maca powder - supercharge for energy boost

Decorate with
 
goji berries
(If you have digestion problems or inflammation do not use)
coconut, shredded
cacao nibs - 2 tablespoons
(note: too much can act as a neuron toxin)
