Nuts 1 cup
cashews, almonds, brazil, pistachios
Seeds 1 cup
pumpkin, sunflower, chia, flaxseed, hemp,
buckwheat

blueberries, cherries or freeze dried raspberries

Blend all ingredients in the food processor until just combined & press into a loaf tin.

2 tablespoons of nut butter or tahini
1/4 cup of maple syrup or coconut nectar
